Aloha Pastry Margarine – Puratos


Fat spread in fact it is great for pastry applications (puff pastry, croissant, Danish). It supports dough development and provides better ‘slice-ability’ for breads.

Oil: refined vegetable, refined vegetable partially hydrogenated – water – dextrose – emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), soybean lecithin (E322) – salt – acid: citric acid (E330) – gelling agent: pectin (E440) – preservative: potassium sorbate (E202), sorbic acid (E200) – flavouring – antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract (E306) – colour: beta carotene (E160a)

Store in a dry place between 16-20°C.
Close packaging after use.
